Setup Junk Email Filter

Step 1 : Press the "Start"

Step 2 : Point to the "Programs"

Step 3 : Press the "Netscape 7.1/7.0 "

Step 4 : Press the "Mail & Newsgroups"

Step 5 : Right click the "Inbox Folder", then Press the "New Folder"

Step 6 : Type the "Junk Mail" in the box

Step 7 : Select your mail account

Step 8 : Press the "OK" button

Step 9 : Press the "Tools", then "Message Filters"

Step 10 : Type "Junk Mail" in the box

Step 11 : Select the "Subject"

Step 12 : Select the "contains"

Step 13 : Type *****SPAM***** in the box

Step 14 : Select the "Move to folder"

Step 15 : Select the "Junk Mail" folder

Step 16 : Press the "OK" button


Now, all the spam mail is moved to your "Junk Mail" folder automatically based on the setting above. The handling of spam mail will be more efficient and effective.
