Setup Junk Email Filter

Step 1 : Press the "Start"

Step 2 : Point to the "Programs"

Step 3 : Press the "Outlook Express"

Step 4 : Right click the "Inbox Folder", then Press the "New Folder"

Step 5 : Type the "Junk Mail" in the box

Step 6 : Press the "OK" button

Step 7 : Press the "Tools", then "Message Rules", then "Mail"

Step 8 : Click the "Where the Subject line contains specific word"

Step 9 : Click the "Move It to the specified folder"

Step 10 : Type "Junk Mail" in the box

Step 11 : Click the "contains specific words"

Step 12 : Type *****SPAM****** in the box

Step 13 : Press the "Add" button

Step 14 :
Press the "OK" button

Step 15 : Click the "specified"

Step 16 : select the "Junk Mail" folder

Step 17 : Press the "OK" button

Step 18 : Press the "OK" button

Step 19 : Press the "OK" button


Now, all the spam mail is moved to your "Junk Mail" folder automatically based on the setting above. The handling of spam mail will be more efficient and effective.
