Setup your Email Account
Step 1 :

Run "Microsoft Outlook" from your desktop.
Step 2 :

After the Microsoft Outlook started, press "Tools" , then "Accounts".
Step 3 :

Inside the "Internet Account", press "Add" ' "Mail".
Step 4 :

Input your name in the "Display Name" Box. Then, press "Next" button.
Step 5 :

Input your email account, for example, xyz@yourdomain.com. Press "Next" button.
Step 6 :

In the "Incoming mail POP3 server" box, input "mail.yourdomain". Then the SMTP server name provided by your Internet Service Provider(ISP) in the "Outgoing mail (SMTP) server" box. Press "Next" button.
Step 7 :

Input your Email login name and password. Press "Next" button.
Step 8 :

"Internet Connection Wizard" may be pop up, choose "Connect through Local Area Network", then press "Next".
Step 9 :

Click" Finish".
